| 摘 要： | 通过对合金涂层的机加工性能分析，并采用ＣＢＮ（立方氮化硼）刀具对合金涂层细长轴进行切削实验，得出使用ＣＢＮ刀具以车代磨的条件及优越性．研究了刀具磨损及其寿命，给出了ＣＢＮ刀具以车代磨的适用范围．

| Abstract: | The prerequisites and advantages of using lathing as a substitute for grinding are presented through the mechanical properties analysis of alloy coating and cutting experiment on alloy coated for by using CBN cutting tool. Furthermore, the following aspects are discussed. The wear conditions and life of cutting tool, the application limits of substituting grinding by CBN cutting tool. |
