焦脱镁叶绿酸-a甲酯金属锌配合物的合成及其自组装研究

摘    要:从叶绿素-α开始,经过中心镁离子的剔除和17-位尾端酯基的酯交换得到脱镁叶绿酸-α甲酯,在醋酸中回流以脱去13^2-位甲氧甲酰基转化为焦脱镁叶绿酸-α甲酯,继续与醋酸锌相互作用则生成焦脱镁叶绿酸-α甲酯锌.通过中心金属锌离子d轨道和卟吩E-环羰基孤对电子,锌配合物发生多种形式自组装过程,分别形成闭合式二聚卟吩、开链式二聚卟吩和其他多聚卟吩混合物.同时,讨论了锌配合物的价键结构、核磁共振和紫外可见光的光谱性质以及自组装形成过程.

Abstract:Methyl pheophorbide-a is obtained from chlorophyll-a by eliminating magnesium ion and changing ester at 17-position. This chlorophyll derivatives is converted into methyl pyropheophorbide-a by reflux in acetic acid for removing carboxyt group at 13^2-position. The continuative reaction with zinc acetate generates zinc methyl pyropheophorbide-a. The self assembly process occurs in muhi-form by d orbit of zinc ion and then lone pair of electrons of carbonyl group in E-ring to form closed dimmer, open dimmer, linear step oligomer and large extended oligomer, respectively. The valence bond structure, 1 H NMR spectra, Uv-vis spectra and self-assemble process of zinc complex are discussed in this paper.
