气液两相流通过弯头时的阻力特性研究

摘    要:本文通过实验研究了气水两相流体通过弯头时的阻力特性。根据试验结果,讨论了弯曲角度、弯曲半径、弯头布置方式、质量含气率、工作压力等因素对阻力的影响,提出了气水两相流通过弯头时的阻力计算公式,并对该式及其它一些计算公式的计算结果和试验数据进行了比较。

Abstract:In this paper, an experimental study of two-phase pressure drop in eight bends during gas-liquid flow is conducted. The influences of the ratio of bend radius to pipe diameter, layout of bends, gas mass quality and working pressure are discussed. Based on the experimental data, a predicting correla- tion is established. The analytical predictions are compared with the test data and the predicted results of other correlations.
