| Abstract: | The paper sets out to improve the traditional collecting method for the first hand date by referring to the domestic and extemal achievement on assessment strategies and making use of the theories of fuzzy strategies.The assessment is pretty objective because of the combination of AHP and Pattem Recognition.The paper provides an effective way for high-tech and new-tech enterprises to make strategy for risk investment. |
