鳖疖疮病的超微病理学研究

利用电镜研究鳖疖疮病的超微结构病理变化。结果表明：肠上皮受损、微绒毛脱落变少；肝、肾、脾病变严重，其实质细胞肿胀变性乃至坏死、解体，胞质、胞器及核质减少至丧失，有粒白细胞及巨噬细胞增多、吞噬活动活跃；骨骼肌细胞肿胀、横纹模糊；细胞器的病变以线粒体与内质网的扩张变性、崩解为主要特征，血管充血、血窦内皮细胞肿大；部分血细胞变性、造血组织受损，肝、肾与肌肉中发现细菌感染，笔者还探讨了鳖疖疮病的致病机理。

Ultrastructural Pathological Studies on Furunculosis Disease of Soft-shelled Turtle,Triongx sinensis

This paper reports the ultrastructural pathological changes of furuncuiosis disease of soft shelled turtle Triongx sinensis .Electron microscopical findings showed that intestinal epithelial cells were damaged,and microvilli were fell away and decreased.Serious pathological changes were observed in the liver?kidney and spleen,where the cells swelled and degenerated,finally necrosised and disintegrated,and cytoplasm?organelle of the cells and nucleoplasm were decreased to lost,granulocytes and macrophages were increased and phagocytosis was activitied.The skeletal muscles cells swelled,and muscles cross striation were blurred.The changes of organelle of the cells were characterized by dilation and degeneration in the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulam.Hyperemia of the blood vessel and swelled of the endothelial cells of the blood sinus were observed,and some blood cells were degeneration and haemopoietic tissue were damaged.Bacterial infection was finded in the liver?kidney and muscles.The pathogeny of the furuncuiosis disease of soft shelled turtle was also discussed in this paper.
