活性粉末钢纤维混凝土受压应力-应变全曲线的研究

摘    要:
采用普通压力试验机附加刚性辅助架的方法对活性粉末混凝土进行了单轴压缩试验,分析和研究了不同水胶比和钢纤维掺量下的应力-应变全曲线的特征.通过对不同曲线进行比较,给出了活性粉末混凝土棱柱体抗压强度、峰值应变、弹性模量、受压韧性指数与钢纤维掺量和水胶比的关系,并在试验分析的基础上建立起RPC受压应力-应变全曲线的数学表达式.

Abstract:
Using the ordinary compression testing machine with attached rigid auxiliary frame,uniaxial compression experiments for the reactive powder concrete were conducted;the characteristics of stress-strain curves with different water-cement ratio and different content of steel fiber were studied and compared.Through comparing the different curves,the relationship among prismatic strength,peak strain,elastic modulus,toughness index under compression and the content of steel fiber,water-cement ratio;a numerical expression of compressive stress-strain curve of the reactive powder concrete has been given based on experimental analysis.
