| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前世界流行的一些关于贫困的概念和贫困的标准，研究了河南省贫困地区的特征和地理分布，在分析了河南省贫困原因的基础上，提出了适合河南省惰的反贫措施，例如，加强基础设施建设，改善环境和生态条件，控制人口增长，塌提高产量居民素质，开发当地的优势资源等。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces some popular definitions and standards of poverty in the world, studies the feature and distribution of poverty areas in Henan Province, China. On the basis of analysis of poverty causes, some measures of anti-poverty suitable to Henan local conditions have been proposed, e.g., strengthening construction of fundamental facilities, improving environmental and ecological conditions, controlling increase of population, raising quality of the residents, exploiting dominant resources in series. |
