汕头富贵华菀工程基础设计

摘    要:十多年前已完成钻孔灌注桩施工的场地上,新建布局不同,部分墙、柱位与原钻孔灌注桩严重错位的高层建筑,其桩基设计采用桩筏基础,在充分利用原钻孔灌注桩的基础上。新补部分静压PHC管桩,两种桩并存。共同承担上部结构荷载,按照桩一土一筏共同作用理论,结合相关规范^1]的要求。对桩筏基础进行验算与调整,使筏板厚度和PHC管桩的布置趋向合理。

Abstract:This project of a high-rise building adopts pileraft foundation when the position of some walls and columns don't match bored piles which were driven ten years ago.The main feature of the foundation is that the new PHC piles can carry loads with prevenient bored piles together.According to the theory of pile-soil-raft interaction and interrelated standards,the Pile-Raft foundation is checked and adjusted in order to make the depth of raft and the layout of PHC piles reasonable.
