| 摘 要： | 律师资格制度是律师制度中的一个重要组成部分，中国和美国作为律师绝对数量最多的两个国家，对两国的律师资格制度进行比较，分析我国律师资格制度存在的问题，借鉴美国经验对我国律师资格制度提出完善建议，以便推动我国律师制度的发展。
