浅谈成人高等学历教育向继续教育的本位转变

高等教育大众化为以学历本位教育为主的成人教育发展带来了挑战，而知识经济的到来和终身教育的理念让人们接受继续教育的意愿日趋强烈，现实迫切要求成人高等教育由学历教育向继续教育本位转变。在解析学历教育与继续教育概念的基础上，从内（教育自身的内在规定性）、外（知识经济和建立自主创新国家）两个方面论证了成人高等教育向继续教育转变的必然性，在此基础上提出了成人高等教育向继续教育本位转变的思路。

Adults Higher Education for Academic Record Transformed into Continuity Education

The popularity of higher education has been challenging the adult education with the orientation of academic record. The continuity education is increasingly accepted due to the arrival of the knowledgeable economy and the idea of education all life, which forces the transformation of adults education for academic record into continuity education for learning. The concept of the two term a- dult education and continuity education is understood, then the necessity of the transformation of adult higher education into continuity education is demonstrated from the two aspects of the inner side, namely, the nature of education itself, and the outside, namely knowledgeable economy and self - innovative nation, and last the transformation procedure is put forward.
