摘    要:论述了农产品储运与加工专业的学科特点和培养目标,在此基础上指出了实现这一目标的措施与手段,一方面加强专业思想教育,使学生树立坚定的事业心和使命感;另一方面,修订教学计划,组织好教材建设;详细论述了实验教学、参观教学、生产实习、毕业设计等环节在食品科技人才培养中的作用,强调了实践环节和能力培养的重要性。

Abstract:The characteristic and training object of the speciality of Agricultural Product Preservation,Transportation And Processing are discussed in the paper.On this basis,the means and steps to reach the object are pointed out.The first aspect is to strengthen ideological education about speciality ,to enable student to set firm dedication and sense of mission.The other aspect is to revise teaching plan ,to organize the construction of teaching book.The effect of such links as experimental teaching,visiting teaching ,production field work, graduation project etc.on the present development of qualified technicians in food scence are discussed in greater detail.The importance of practice and training ability is stressed in the paper.
