关于学习及学习适应性的界定

学习是人们在一定目的驱使下,通过对感官所获取的信息进行处理加工,使人的认知结构发生改变或重组,并对人的行为产生短时或长久影响的一种过程。而学习适应性是当个体周围的学习环境、学习对象和内容发生改变时,个体为避免或改变学习效能下降而主动克服困难改变自身,以期取得良好学习效能的一种能力。

The Definition of the Learning and the Learning Adaptability

Learning is a process that the information coming through human sensual organs, making cognitive structure change or reorganize, making short-term or long-term influence to human actions. But learning adaptability is a kind of ability that the individual change oneself to avert or change the descending of study efficacy with surmounting difficulty, and hope to gain good descending of learning when environment, target and content of learning around him changed.
