| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the characteristics and present situation of university librarians, discusses on the importance of librarians' continuous edu cation, and points out that the continuous education of keeping learning uninter ruptedly, expanding the new knowledge and mastering the new techniques is the be st way for the librarians to improve the comprehensive quality, increase the wor king ability, optimize the knowledge structure and keep pace with the developmen t of the times. |
