| Abstract: | According to characteristic of the Yellow River water resource and its irrigation status,the article drop out that needed water quantity for irrigation by the Yellow River shall be great than its water supply year after year.Saving weter is the only way for relaxing in short supply antinomy of the Yellow River water resource and holding environment. |
