Study on Teacher's Job Burnout and Its Tendency

Study on teacher's job burnout is an academic manifestation demanding upgrading civil livelihood quality in the new era and pushing teachers professionalization construction to the concrete and deep.Examining the research in academic circle,four major problems can be found: actuality study seems to come to cease;choice of typical theme seems to be difficult to make;empirical study seems to be on the edge of being isolated;localization of research tools is found to be in a difficult situation.Viewing these researches,it can help us have a clear understanding on various developing tendencies such as actuality study revitalizing,choice of concrete themes becoming the subject,localization study becoming the hot spot,empirical study going to the deep,long-term tracing having broad prospect and researching effectiveness receiving great attention,etc.
