教师职业倦怠研究的问题与前瞻

摘    要:教师职业倦怠研究是新时期民生质量要求提升和教师专业化建设具体深入的学术表现。检视学界的研究,可发现四个主要问题:一是"实然"研究有偃旗息鼓之嫌;二是个性题选存孤苦伶仃之危;三是实证研究滋孤掌难鸣之忧;四是工具的本土化建设陷独木难支之困。还可明了研究的种种发展趋势,诸如"实然"研究再展生机,具体题选充当主体,本土研究成为热点,实证研究走向深入,长期追踪前景广阔,研究效益引人重视,等等。

Abstract:Study on teacher's job burnout is an academic manifestation demanding upgrading civil livelihood quality in the new era and pushing teachers professionalization construction to the concrete and deep.Examining the research in academic circle,four major problems can be found: actuality study seems to come to cease;choice of typical theme seems to be difficult to make;empirical study seems to be on the edge of being isolated;localization of research tools is found to be in a difficult situation.Viewing these researches,it can help us have a clear understanding on various developing tendencies such as actuality study revitalizing,choice of concrete themes becoming the subject,localization study becoming the hot spot,empirical study going to the deep,long-term tracing having broad prospect and researching effectiveness receiving great attention,etc.
