| 摘 要： | 运用证据理论对具有不确定信息的多属性群决策层次评价问题提出了一种新的解决方法。首先对专家的模糊评判语言作出了定量描述 ,对专家评判中由于主观认识的局限性使评判具有不准确性的问题进行了研究 ,构造了一种新的表示专家不确定意见的信任度方法 ,解决了在这种表示下的群体意见和多个指标的层次综合问题。算例表明 ,该方法评估结果客观、合理 ,对群决策层次评估问题很有效

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new solution of group decision making with uncertain information in multiple attribute hierarchical evaluation process. Firstly the fuzzy set theory is used to describe the fuzzy language of experts, then evidential reasoning is employed to study the uncertainty in evaluation process. Expert's opinion is represented by a certain degree of belief so that uncertainty can be embedded in the evaluation. At last the synthesis based on this expression is acieved. Exampls show that the method is reasonable and efficient for group decision making in hierarchical evaluation process. |
