| 摘 要： | 2008年胡锦涛总书记提出的我国将由“体育大国”向“体育强国”迈进的发展战略，要想强国必先强省，江苏“十二五”发展规划提出“要在2015年建设成体育强省，苏南有条件的地区率先基本实现体育现代化的战略目标。体育强省的实现建立在对本省体育发展脉络认识的基础之上。首先要梳理清楚体育强国的提出的背景，概念的内涵才能更好地确立江苏体育强省的明确的发展目标与定位。

| Abstract: | In 2008 General Secretary the strategy of turning China into a 1 Hu Jintao proposed eading sport nation from a big sports nation. A powerful sport nation entails powerful provinces. Against this backdrop, Jiangsu laid down its strategic target for year Plan of the province ： sports in the Twelfth Five- Develop Jiangsu into a leading province in sports by 2015. Areas of South Jiangsu where conditions are ripe should take the lead in realizing the goal of modernization in sports. To reach the target, it is necessary to first have a clear idea of the development of sports in the province. It is also necessary to gain a general picture of the background of the leading sport nation idea, before the definite targets can be set for theleading sport province. |
