太极拳现代教学改革研究

太极拳运动从来没有停止过发展、创新的步伐，现代社会生活环境有了较大的变化，太极拳的现代教学也应随之呈现与以往不同的特征。结合太极拳教学的实际，本文认为应立足于太极拳的动作本质特征和理论内涵，进行太极拳简易性革新，并突出其功能性和文化性等价值，路径上应融合现代网络教学模式加快太极拳的推广，使之更好的造福于人类。

The Modem Teaching Innovation of Taijiquan

The Taijiquan stops the developing innovation never. With the big change of the life environment of the people on modem society, it should show the different feature from the old of the modem teaching of the Taijiquan. By the combining the practice, this essay argues that we should have the simplicity innovation, stress on the values of functional and cultural, based on the action essential characteristic and the theoretical contents, and integrate of modem network teaching mode, for accelerating the promotion and giving more benefit to humanity.
