摘    要:针对圆形直接甲醇燃料电池阴极扩散层及催化层的涂覆现状.结合该电池形状及涂覆特点,设计一种可实现连续、自动涂覆的旋转涂覆装置.阐述了利用电极旋转时所受的力使浆料均匀涂覆在电极支撑体表面的原理.分别给出涂覆装置的传动结构、烘干结构、整体结构设计,并指出设计中需要注意的要点及改进的方向.结果表明,该装置涂覆连续性强,均匀性好,可以在一定程度上减小涂覆的劳动强度与重复强度,提高涂覆效率.

Design of Coating Device for Circular Direct Methanol Fuel Cell Cathode

Abstract:For coating status of diffusion layer and catalyst layer on circular direct methanol fuel cell cathode, accord to its shape and coating characteristics, a design of spin coating device was proposed to achieve a continuous and au- tomatic coating process. Mechanism of the force comes from electrode rotating to make the slurry evenly was elaborat- ed, design of gearing structure, dry structure and whole structure of the coating machine were presented separately, and key points and improvement direction were further put forward. The result shows that this coating device can provide a continuous and evenly performance, and lessen the intensity and repetition of labor to some extent, and the efficiency is also improved.
