藏药心叶兔儿风挥发油成分分析

摘    要: 心叶兔儿风95%工业乙醇提取物,用氯仿萃取,浓缩后上硅胶柱层析,V(石油醚)/V(丙酮)为30:1洗脱,最前部分即得到其挥发油成分.用GC-MS手段进行分析,鉴定了23个化合物,并采用线性归一方法测定各化学成分的相对含量.

Abstract:The powders of A.bonatii Beauverd were extracted with 95% EtOH.Then EtOH was evaporated and the residue was extracted with CHCl3.The extract was chromatographed on a silica gel column,and was eluted with petroleum ether-Me2CO (30:1).The volatile components were obtained in the front part.23 constituents were identified,and their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization method in GC-MS.
