| 摘 要： | 斜轧属连轧范畴。轧辊开度模型是轧坯塑变过程的理想模式。无扭穿轧时,轧坯材料处于三向受压应力状态。采用角度——长度综合调整工艺方法,将使轧机处于合理使用状态,更好地发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Thc cross rolling belongs in the category of continuous rolling. The model of clearance between rolls is an ideal mode of plastic deformation process for rollcd billet. In non-twist piercing the rolled billet is in compression stressed condition in trip-direction. With the method of angle-length synthetical adjusting the piercing mill will be in better operating condition. |
