材料实验机电液伺服系统的神经网络控制

摘    要:材料实验机的力加载系统是一个典型的非线性电液伺服系统,应用传统的PID控制算法往往不能很好地满足某些要求。本文对系统进行数学建模,应用B样条神经网络加以控制,最后使用MATLAB进行仿真,仿真结果表明该方法具有逼近精度高,分辨率高的优点,能很好地满足了实验机力加载的要求。

Abstract:The fore loading system in the testing machine is a typical non-linear electro-hydraulic servo system,it is usually not satisfying to use the traditional PID method.In this paper,a mathematic model is built,then the B-spline neural network is applied to control the system,at last MATLAB is used to simulate the system,the results show that this method has advantages such as high approximation and distinguishing ability,so it can meet the requirements of the loading task comparatively well.
