| 摘 要： | 传统的体育考试方法，缺乏灵活性，既不能真实客观地反应学生的体育素质，又不能促成良好的体育锻炼习惯．体育考试应重视统一性与多样性的结合，注重结果评价，更重要的是重视体育教育过程．

| Abstract: | The content of the traditional physical test methods is not so flexible that it can neither reflect the student's real physical quality objectively nor help to bring the students to get into the habit of doing physical exercises. The Physical test should be a combination of unity and variety, which means that the emphasis should be given to as well as to the test result evaluation he physical educational process. |
