西部高等教育脆弱性与开放性矛盾的分析--兼论西部高教与WTO的关系

我国高教在WTO有关制度影响下，必须开放部分市场，高教事业在受益的同时必然受到巨大的冲击。西部高教从规模、经费、师资到教学质量、办学理念、布局、生源质量等因素水平均低于我国高教的一般水平，因而其脆弱性更加突出，必然受到严峻的考验。本文讨论西部高教事业在自身比较脆弱而又必须开放的矛盾关系中，应该如何认识和应对这一困境，做到内增实力、外借能量以达到强健的目的。

The Contradiction Between the Weakness and the Open of Western Higher Education--On the Relation Between Western Higher Education and WTO

Being effected by some systems of WTO, higher education should open partly to the market.and will be impacted greatly in China. The weakness of western higher education will be more clear,for the average level of western higher education is much lower than that of higher education in the country from the size, outlay,teachers,teaching quality,idea of running a school, distribution to the students So,western higher education is facing the new difficulties.This article discusses the way to realize this suitation of weakness and to face the difficulties.
