当代大学生专业认同的现状及对策研究

受各种因素的影响，当前我国高校普遍存在着学生专业认同度不高现象，严重影-向到大学生学习的兴趣，进而影响到学习的效率和效果，同时也对学生的幸福感、就业信心以及今后的职业发展都会产生重要影响。因此，首先要从学生自身出发增进专业了解，明确学习目标，增强专业兴趣，社会、高校甚至家长和朋友各方面协调配合。积极采取有效对策提升大学生专业认同。

Research on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Contemporary College Students＇ Professional Identity

The current widely phenomenon that college students have rather low professional identity in our country is involved with many adverse factors. It critically affects college students＇ interest in study, further affects students＇ learning efficiency and effectiveness, and it also has an impact on students＇ happiness, employment confidence index and vocational development. Therefore, educators need to show the students who should improve pro- fessional knowledge themselves how to take a clear understanding of the learning objectives, arousing their profes-sional interest. Society, colleges, parents and friends also need to take actively effective countermeasures to improve college students＇ professional identity.
