城市污水回用的思考

对污水回用的时代背景，回用对象，措施及经济性，作了简要的分析论述，特别阐明进行污水回用应该首先制定全市污水回用规划；分区集中回供，分质供水，对于用水量不大且较分散的用户，可考虑用水罐车代替回供水管系；对于建筑中水，只能在有条件的地方适当发展，如用于远离城市的边远，孤立区域及未纳入总体集中回用规划的新建住宅小区等，而不应不分条件地普遍推行。

Ponderation on Municipal Wastewater Reuse

In this paper,the epoch background of wastewater reuse and the reuse objects and patterns are mentioned comprehensively,especially the building wastewater reuse is thoroughly discussed.It stresses that for a city,a programming of municipal wastewater reuse should be made at first,the renovation and reuse should be carried out by a centralized way within each region according to the plan and the supplied water may be divided into different qualities.As to the building intermediate water system,it should be built in suitable places rather than wherever.
