摘    要:对玻璃池窑硅质耐火材料侵蚀机理进行了研究,结果表明,碱性氧化物从接触介面向砖体内部扩散,是硅质耐火材料侵蚀过程中的主要形式,扩散的深度往往是随砖体的熔融而逐步加深,同时硅质耐火材料的侵蚀还与硅砖内晶相的重结晶及多晶转变有关。了解与掌握硅质耐火材料侵蚀机理,以便采取相应措施,尽量延长池窑的使用寿命

Abstract:The corrosion mechanism of the silica refractory of glass tank furnace was researched.The diffusion of basic oxide from the contact interface to the inside of the brick is the principal from in the process which the silica refractory is corroded,and the depth of the diffusion progressively deepens often alongside the fusion of the brick,at the same time,the corrosion of the silica refractory is still related to the recrystallization and the transformation of the crystal phase inside the brick.When the corrosion mechanism of silica refractory is mastered,the corresponding methods may be taken to extend the service life of glass tank furnace.
