摘    要:阿维菌素是一类具有杀虫特性的大环内酯类抗生素。本文系统研究了环境条件包括温度、初始pH和接种量和培养基组成包括淀粉和氮源浓度对阿维菌素产量的影响,在单因素实验的基础上,采用U8(8^5)均匀设计方案,得到各因素的最佳组合。经实验验证,当培养温度为28℃,初始培养基pH为7.2,接种量为3%,淀粉浓度为70g/L,氮源浓度为53g/L,阿维菌素产量高达3089.14μg/mL。

Abstract:Avermectins are a class of 16-membered macrolide (macrocyclic lactone) antibiotics,which are effective against helminths and anthropods.Effects of temperature,initial pH,inoculation size and concentrations of starch and nitrogen sources were studied.Optimum combination of these factors was then obtained by means of U8(85) uniform design and statistical analysis,the parameters were as follows:28 ℃,initial pH 7.2,inoculation size 3% (φ),starch 90 g/L and nitrogen sources 50 g/L.The highest avermectins yield was up to 3?089.14 μg/mL.
