摘    要:工科院校艺术设计专业要特别注重培养既懂实际又重视理论指导的“双师型”教师,通过对“双师型”教师的培养来加速培养学生的创新思维、加速进行创新教学改革,以适应现代的设计发展和达到更为有效的教学目的。

Abstract:Art design major in engineering colleges should lay stress on training double-professionally-titled teachers who follow the principles of combining practice with theory.Through training double-professionally-titled teachers,we may speed up training students' creative thinking and carrying out innovative teaching reform so as to adapt to modern design development and achieve the more effective teaching aim.
