潜土逆转旋耕刀参数对耕作功耗的影响

摘    要:在室内试验台上 ,对潜土逆转旋耕刀片的侧切刃口曲线参数和正切面高度参数进行了因子组合试验 ,旨在考察二因子对耕作功耗的影响规律 ;运用二次回归的通用旋转设计进行了试验计划的安排和实施 ,对试验结果进行了方差分析 ,建立了回归方程 ,并做了预报和验证试验 ,试验结果与预报相吻合 ;根据回归方程 ,分析了各因子对耕作功耗的影响规律 ,同时绘制出了耕作功耗在二因子影响下的等高线图 ,为参数的设计提供了参考依据

Abstract:The factorial experiments of the parameters of lengthwise edge curve and tiller face height of rotary blade are completed, which aim at obtaining the law of the effect on energy consumption of cultivation Quadratic regression rotation design is applied in arranging and carrying out the plan of experiments After an analysis of variances, a regression equation is developed The proof experiments are done and the predicted value is proved by the result of them Effect of two factors on the energy consumption is analyzed based on the regression equation, and contour lines of energy consumption are drawn The paper presents references for the design of rotary blades
