| 摘 要： | 近代经济思想家陈炽在商务、机器养民、货币等方面均形成了自己独到的见解和主张。在《续富国策》等中,企图利用"天心""天道"等理由说服封建统治者变革,提出设立上下议院等变革主张,以"公利""私利"的区别鼓吹发展商品经济。他的有关商务理论、"养民"思想及货币理论在当时发挥了重要的启蒙作用。
