| 摘 要： | 本文基于研究与开发模型理论, 运用协整分析和误差修正模型, 对1998-2008年湘西自治州地区产学研合作过程中高校、科研机构与企业等研发投入与湘西自治州经济增长之间的均衡关系进行计量检验, 估计出高校、科研机构和企业研发经费投入对湘西自治州经济增长的贡献, 同时对产学研合作与湘西自治州经济增长之间的反馈机制进行检验, 得出一些有意义的研究结论. 结合研究结果提出产学研合作促进湘西自治州经济增长的政策建议.
