| 摘 要： | 描述了广义关键路径问题，提出了广义关键路径概念，给出了广义关键路径的算法，结合实例，对所给的概念和算法的实际应用作了讨论，本算法可直接用于解决规模较小，但皎为复杂的关键路径问题。
