摘    要:圆度误差是机械零件及其互换性的重要指标,是产品质量的关键,这里提出一种基于人工鱼群算法(AF-SA)计算圆度误差的方法。人工鱼群算法(AFSA)源于对鱼群运动行为的研究,是一种新型的智能仿生优化算法。它具有并行性、简单性、全局性、快速性和跟踪性等特点。该方法能够克服传统圆度误差最小二乘法评价的局部收敛问题,可以有效、正确地评价圆度误差。

Abstract:The roundness error is an important indicator of mechanical parts and their interchangeabilities,it is the key to quality of product,too.A new method for calculating the roundness error based on artificial fish-swarm algorithm(AFSA) has been proposed.Artificial fish-swarm algorithm(AFSA) from the movement behavior of fish is a new type of intelligent bionic algorithm.It has the characteristics of parallelism,simplicity,global,speed,traceability and so on.The method overcomes the local convergence problem in evaluation of traditional roundness error based on least square method(LSM).Finally simulation experiment results have shown that the method in the paper can correctly and effectively evaluate roundness error.
