我国高校高水平运动队存在的问题和改革方向

本文用文献资料和问卷调查法搜集了68所高校高水平运动队的有关情况，发现招生渠道是影响运动员学习成绩的重要因素；运动员入学的动机是影响训练积极性的内在因素；运动员参加比赛的场次是影响运动成绩的关键因素；运动经费是长期影响整个训练的根本因素。本文针对以上四方面问题提出了自己的对策和建议。
