活性炭负载磷钼酸催化合成乙酸环己酯的研究

摘    要:
以活性炭负载磷钼酸为催化剂,由乙酸和环己醇合成乙酸环己酯.优化的反应条件为:在以环己烷为带水剂,催化剂用量为反应物总量的2%(质量分数),醇酸比1∶1.1,反应温度110℃,反应时间90min的条件下,酯化率达88.5%,产品纯度>98%.

Abstract:
Phosphorus molybdenum acid supported on activated carbonas is used as the catalyst for preparing cyclohexyl acetate from acetic acid and cyclohexyl alcohol. The optimum conditions are determined as follows:hexamethlent alkyl as dehydrating agent,2% catalyst of the total mass of reactants, the molar ratio of the alcohol and acid 1:1.1, reaction temperature 110?and reaction time 90?min. The conversion rate of acetic acid is (88.5%),and the purity of product over 98%.
