摘    要:本文围绕非晶态金属薄膜进行磁场热处理(MFA)时,所用旋转磁场的设计问题,对旋转场的各向同性与极面形状的关系,以及具有大工作气隙的交流磁路的设计方法作了初步探讨,并据此作了模拟实验。证明了只要极面选取以x-y平面为对称面,以 z 轴为旋转对称轴的对称形,且将励磁线圈以适当方式连接,则可在中心区域产生转速为3000rpm 的均匀圆偏振场,其强度设计采用求磁场和磁路计算相结合的方法也是可行的。该装置可直接利用市用三相电产生各向同性的磁场。它与机械转动装置配合可在较大的转速范围内对样品进行处理。文中通过分析也指出该装置难以产生很强的磁场。

Abstract:In this paper the design problems of rotating magnetic field used for the annealing of amorphous metal ferromagnetic thin films in mag-netic field are discussed.The relationship between the isotropy of rotating field and the magnet pole shape and the design method of lar-ge air gap are discussed.Also,the model tests are made accordingly.It is verified that a uniform circular polarized magnetic field rotating at 3000 rpm can be established at the centre of the equipment if the magnetic pole surfaces are made symmetical about X-Y plane and rot-ationally symmetical about Z axis.It is also available to calculate the magnetic field intensity by calculating the field and the magnetic circuit comprehensively.The three-phase electricity power can be used directly by this equ-ipment to produce the rotating field.Combined with mechanical rot-ational arrangement,this equipment can be used to anneal samples in a wide range of rotation speed.We should point out that it is difficult to establish a strong field by this equipment.
