环氧树脂的物理老化与内应力

摘    要:用两种不同的硅油(ATPS和PTPS)改性环氧树脂E51,并研究了硅油与环氧树脂之间的化学键合以及该改性树脂的形貌结构对改性体系物理老化的影响。用应力跟踪测试仪测定等温固化和冷却中体系内应力的变化情况,并讨论了环氧树脂的物理老化与内应力弛豫的内在联系。

Abstract:Epoxy resin E51 has been modified with two kinds of polysiloxane, ATPS (Aminopropyldimethyl-terminated polysiloxane ) and PTPS (Phenyl-terminated polysiloxane). The chemical bonding between polysiloxane and epoy resin and the influence of the feature and structure of the modified resin to the physical aging phenomena of modified system have been studied. Using DSC method,the variation of internal stress of epoxy resin network during isotherm solidify and cooling process has been measured. The intrinsic con nection between the internal stress relaxation of the modified epoxy resin with its physical aging has also been discussed.
