| 摘 要： | 随着现代科学技术的负面效应日益凸显,科技人员的责任范围也在逐渐扩大,由此带来了科技人员的责任困境。米切姆对这种困境产生的原因进行分析,进而提出科技人员的责任应当是一种"合作责任"。这种观点对我国的科技伦理建设具有重要启发和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | With the negative effect of science and technology emerges,responsibility of scientist and technologist has been extended gradually.It makes responsibility predicament of scientist and technologist.Carl Mitcham has analyzed the reason for the predicament of scientist and technologist.He suggested that responsibility of scientist and technologist should tend towards a 'co-responsibility',which has important enlighten meaning for the Ethics of Scientist and Technologist in China. |
