| Abstract: | This article utilizes related jurisprudence theories to elaborate the essence of referendum held by the Taiwan authority, and exposes that the Taiwan authority attempts to hold referendum to realize Taiwan jurisprudential independence. It also studies that the Taiwan referendum can influence the society and the economical development of Taiwan seriously. Moreover, the author also tries to predict the standpoints of China and America towards Taiwan independence. |
