| 摘 要： | 随着国民经济的高速发展,汽车拥有量急剧增加,随之而产生的报废汽车数量也得到了飞速增长.在分析讨论循环经济定义及其特征的基础上,以银川市废旧汽车回收拆解业发展的现状为实例,分析讨论废旧汽车回收与循环经济的相互关系,为银川市废旧汽车回收寻找一条可持续发展的道路.并指出以循环经济为指导大力发展报废汽车回收利用工程,不仅可以提升汽车产业的经济利益,而且是解决废旧汽车引发环境问题的重要途径.
