摘    要:采用有限差分数值解法,计算了4Cr2MoVNi钢400mm×400mm×400mm大截面模块淬火过程的温度场;设计制造了一套冷却模拟装置,该装置可精确模拟大截面钢件淬火过程内部任意指定处的冷却过程,并以小试样冷却模拟计算获得的大模块内部指定处的温度随时间的变化曲线;通过对小试样硬度的测定,实现对大截面模块内部淬火硬度分布的预测·这种预测大截面钢件淬火过程内部淬火硬度分布的方法精确、适用面宽、简便易行·

Abstract:Adopting finite difference method, the temperature fields of large section die block during quenching were calculated. A set of cooling simulation equipment was designed. The equipment was used to simulate the cooling course of arbitrary site of steel block with large section during quenching with small samples. The hardness of the small samples was determined respectively. The quenching hardness distribution in large section die block was established by matching the calculated cooling course with the hardnoss of the corresponding small sample. This method of simulation of quenching hardness distribution in large section die blocks is accurate, convenient and feasible and can be widely applied.
