高大平房仓内小麦熏蒸过程中磷化氢浓度的动态检测分析

摘    要:掌握高大平房仓内小麦熏蒸过程中的磷化氢浓度变化情况,对确保熏蒸效果及仓内外安全作业具有重要意义。采用HL—210—PH_3型检测仪对某高大平方仓内小麦熏蒸过程中的磷化氢浓度进行了连续35 d的监测,讨论了粮堆内5个测点处的磷化氢浓度变化规律,提出了针对不同害虫所需进行补药的具体时间。随后又分析了粮堆外散气窗口处的磷化氢浓度变化特点,评估了熏蒸过程中磷化氢的泄漏风险和开窗散气初始阶段仓内磷化氢浓度的安全性。研究结果为提高磷化氢熏蒸质量及安全作业防护提供了数据支持。

Abstract:The knowledge of phosphine concentrations during the fumigation process for the wheat in large warehouses has important significance for the effect of the fumigation and the operationSsafety. In this paper, the HL-210-PH3 Phosphine Detector is adopted to measure the phosphine concentrations during the fumigation process for the wheat in a large warehouse for 35 days. The phosphine concentration variation at 5 sampling points are discussed and the suggestions of the phosphine supplement time for different insects are proposed. Also, the phosphine concentration near the window is monitored and the leaking risk during the fumigation process as well as the operationSsafety after the fumigation are evaluated. The results will provide the data support for improving the quality of the fumigation and the operationSsafety.
