| 摘 要： | "卓越工程师教育培养计划"项目是国家为振兴工程教育进行的一次重大改革项目。文中以汽车服务工程专业为例,围绕卓越工程师培养目标,分析了目前专业实践教学体系存在的问题,设计了教学体系的结构。通过优化校企合作机制、提升实践教学条件、建立具有工程实践经验的师资队伍、改革教学模式的措施构建满足卓越工程师知识、能力和素质要求的实践教学体系。实践表明:该实践教学体系学生的创新能力、工程实践能力得到了很大提高。

| Abstract: | The outstanding engineers training project is a new pattern reformation of engineering education talents training. In this paper, surrounding the cultivating objective of outstanding engineers of automobile service engineering, we analyze the problems in the practice teaching system, and design the architecture of practice teaching system. We have constructed the practice teaching system which meet the requirements of outstanding engineers knowledge, ability and quality by measures of optimizing mechanism of school - enterprise cooperation, improve practice teaching conditions, build engineering experienced teaching staff and reform teaching mode. Actual practice demonstrates that the teaching system promotes the cultivation of the innovation and project practice ability of students. |
