| 摘 要： | 校企深度融合的企业生产一线顶岗实习是培养测控卓越工程师的关键环节。根据湖南大学测控卓越工程师培养方案,结合杭州海兴电力科技股份有限公司提供的智能电表生产线实习岗位,制订了测控卓越工程师智能电表生产线顶岗实习流程,探索校企紧密结合的生产一线顶岗实习方案和理念,为相关卓越工程师培养计划改革与实施提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The internship program of production line based on the school - enterprise cooperation mechanisms is a key step for the training of outstanding measurement engineers. According to the training program of outstanding measurement engineers of Hunan University, a workflow of internship program of production line is set up based on the internship sites of production lines of smart power meter, which is provided by the Hexing Electrical Co. , Ltd, Hangzhou. The detailed training programs and conceptions are introduced which can also be used in the reforming of training program of outstanding engineers. |
