| 摘 要： | 为解决当前装备采购工作Excel辅助处理方式难以实现的过程透明化、信息共享利用、工作协同等现实问题,设计并开发了一套装备采购管理系统。该系统采用异构模式设计,有效实现了装备采购过程的动态化、精细化管理,为省属高校装备采购信息化建设提供了一种可行的解决方案。

| Abstract: | To solve the current equipment purchase management with Excel auxiliary processing too difficuh to meet the demand of the process transparency, information sharing, and coordinated work, we design and implement an equipment purchase management system. The system uses heterogeneous schemas design, based on Web development operation, effective realize the equipment dynamic refinement management of the purchase process, to provide a feasible solution for information construction of equipment purchase in provincial colleges and universities. |
