| 摘 要： | 由于在环境样品(如土壤、废水、固体废弃物等)的预处理中，常规的方法耗费的药剂、时间较多，操作复杂．而新发展起来的微波消解技术克服了以上缺点．本文介绍了微波消解的原理、特点及其在COD、微量金属和有机磷的测定中的应用．通过与常规的干化灰化法和湿式消化法比较，微波消解法具有良好的可比性的精密度，并介绍了在线消解技术的发展。

| Abstract: | The traditional methods of the pretreatment of environmental samples are expensive and time-consuming.Moreover,they are complex to manipulate.The new microwave digestion method overwhelms all the difficulties.This paper also introduces the theory of the microwave digestion,its characteristics and its applications on the detecting of COD,microelement and organic phosphor.Through the comparison between the traditional methods and microwave digestion method,we can find the latter has good relativity and precision.The anthors further introduce the prospect of the online digestion technology. |
