光合细菌对咪唑的降解及其动力学初析

摘    要:研究了紫色非硫光合细菌沼泽红假单胞菌(Rhodopseudomonas palustris)对不同浓度咪唑的降解及其动力学,结果表明,当咪唑初始浓度为1.47mmol/L、4.41mmol/L、7.35mmol/L时,其降解过程比较快,24h内就可以被完全降解,而且降解动力学符合零级反应,当咪唑初始浓度为11.03mmol/L时,咪唑降解过程比其他3个低浓度系列要稍慢一些,但其降解动力学仍然符合零级反应.而当咪唑初始浓度为14.7mmol/L时,在降解开始的数小时内,咪唑的浓度基本没变化,之后其浓度开始明显减少,其降解动力学不符合零级反应.

Abstract:The degradation of imidazole of different concertrations and the kinetic were studied by Rhodoseudomonase palustris.It was found that when the initial concertrations were 1.47 mmol/L,4.41 mmol/L and 7.35 mmol/L,imidazole could be removed completely for 24 h;while the initial concertrations were 7.35 and 14.7 mmol/L,imidazole could be removed a little for 24 h.But their kinetic except 14.7 mmol/L were fitted in zero-order reaction equations.
