| 摘 要： | 在教学工作过程中发现,在双代号网络图中,利用线路持续时间比较方法计算非关键工作的自由时差比利用工作时间参数的计算方法更有效,此方法适合小型网络计划或各类专业资格考试中＂自由时差＂的计算,在实际工程中,采用此方法,可快速变动工作开始时间或增加持续时间,以优化网络图,动态调整资源配置。

| Abstract: | In the teaching process of actlvity-on-arrow network, it is founded that the method of duration compare is more effective than the work time parameters to compute free float. This method is fit in the small network planning and professional qualification test. And it may change work start time and increase time of duration to optimize network and adjust resourse configuration. |
