高校辅导员职业倦怠与自我效能感的关系研究

摘    要:目的:探讨高校辅导员职业倦怠状况、自我效能感水平以及自我效能感对职业倦怠的影响。方法:采用职业倦怠量表和一般自我效能感量表.对安徽省内五所不同类型高校的187名专职辅导员进行问卷调查。结果:①高校辅导员的职业倦怠程度不高,总体状况良好,但存在一定程度的情绪衰竭。②高校辅导员的自我效能感得分为2.62±0.48,低于量表常模水平。③自我效能感与职业倦怠呈显著负相关,与成就感呈显著正相关。结论:自我效能感对高校辅导员的职业倦怠有着一定程度的影响,应重视并积极采取措施提高辅导员的自我效能感。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss college instrcstors' job burnout,general self-efficacy and the relationship between them. Methods: 187 instructors in 5 different colleges and universities were investigated with revised MBI- ES and GSES questionnaire. Results: (1) The level of the college instructors' job burnout is lower and generally good,but there is a certain degree of emotional exhaustion. (2)The mark of the investigation object on general self-efficacy is 2.52±0.49,lower than scale norm obviously. (3)General self- efficacy has negative correlation with job burnout, but has positive correlation with professional efficacy. Conclusion:General self-efficacy effect job burnout to some extant. We should attach great importance and take measures to increase general self-efficacy of college instructors.
